  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your electronics in their original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original accessories, manuals, and cables are included inside.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the hardware for quality assurance, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
